   b. Same-day cancellations will be subject to the terms outlined below.

 

3. Same-Day Cancellation Policy:

   a. Clients who cancel their lash or permanent makeup tattoo appointment on the day of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

   b. No exceptions will be made for same-day cancellations.

 

4. Rescheduling:

   a. Clients may request to reschedule their appointment without penalty if they provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

   b. Same-day rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.

   c. The salon reserves the right to deny rescheduling requests made on the day of the appointment.

 

5. Emergency Situations:

   a. In the event of a genuine emergency (e.g., sudden illness, accident), clients are requested to notify LH Beauty Salon as soon as possible.

   b. LH Beauty Salon may, at its discretion, consider rescheduling the appointment in emergency situations.

6. No-Show Policy:

   a. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled lash or permanent makeup tattoo appointment without any prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

   b. LH Beauty Salon reserves the right to refuse future services to clients who have a history of no-shows.

 

7. Deposit Policy:

   a. LH Beauty Salon may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

   b. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service.

   c. In the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

 

8. Communication:

   a. Clients must communicate any cancellations or rescheduling requests directly to LH Beauty Salon via the designated contact methods (phone, email, or in-person).

   b. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made through third-party platforms or social media channels may not be considered valid.

 

9. Acknowledgment:

By booking an appointment with LH Beauty Salon for lash or permanent makeup tattoo services, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with the cancellation policy outlined above, including the "No Refunds" policy for same-day cancellations.
